IMPORTANT NETWORK ANNOUNCEMENT

During the 2026 Network Summit, we announced that we would hire a new director for the Immanuel Network. Our staff and our Network Counsel have worked to find the right man for the job. Today, we are pleased to introduce him to you!

KYLE FOX TO SERVE AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

‍

Introduction from our President, Ryan Fullerton

I am delighted to announce that Kyle Fox will be the new Executive Director of the Immanuel Network. Andrew Wilkinson, our first Network Director, laid the initial theological and organizational foundation. Since 2016, under God’s blessing, Andy Morris built on that foundation and has grown the Network from 14 partners to 53 serving all across the globe. As the Network has grown Andy selflessly initiated a plan to hire new leadership to help us grow relationally, theologically, methodologically, and financially. We believe Kyle Fox has the character, skills, and drive to help us accomplish that goal.

Kyle has a contagious love for Jesus and His people. A graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he brings with him years of experience building ministry-driven systems and structures.  He also has experience leading happy and productive teams. This is the kind of organizational leadership we need. Additionally, Kyle knows and loves Immanuel Network churches, having been a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and having successfully completed its Pastoral Apprenticeship. We believe Kyle brings the right combination of conviction and experience to the challenges that lie ahead for our Network.

At our 2026 Network Summit, we laid out a vision for the Immanuel Network's future: glorifying God through more churches growing in health, more individual partners becoming church partners, more partner churches developing leaders and planting daughter churches.  We want to see all of this happen as our network comes out from under Immanuel Baptist Church to become a ministry led by a board of Immanuel Network pastors and leaders. Continuing the decentralization we've pursued for years, we want to be a true network of churches bound by a common vision for gospel faithfulness, aiming to advance the Great Commission of Jesus through the local church.

To accomplish this task, I will lead our network as President. Andy Morris will provide wisdom and continuity as a strategic advisor on our leadership team. Kyle Fox will take the organizational reins as Executive Director.  His top three priorities are: first, to continue to facilitate the Network's transition from the ministry of one local church to a ministry led by a board of directors from multiple partner churches. Second, to get to know our existing partners through calls and visits. Third, to help interested individual partners and churches become active church partners. Each priority aims to build a network that helps pastors plant and cultivate healthy churches for a global harvest.

We are a weak people who serve a strong and gracious Father, so please pray for our entire Network to support Kyle’s leadership and to flourish under it. Please pray for Kyle, his wife Abby, and their kids as he steps into his responsibilities in early December. We can’t wait to introduce you to him in person at our annual summit this February.
